Job Summary
Upskills Restaurant, a reputable fine-dining establishment in Victoria Island, seeks an experienced General Manager & Head of Operations to oversee daily business operations, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure top-tier service standards. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with proven experience in managing upscale hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Manage and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and productivity.
Develop and implement operational policies and training programs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
Handle customer relations, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain brand consistency.
Lead business growth initiatives, partnerships, and event planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and basic financial reporting.

💰 Salary Range: ₦800,000 – ₦1,000,000 monthly
📅 Schedule: Full-time, on-site (Victoria Island)
