About the Role
A fast-growing Hotel, Suite, and Club located on Amadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, is urgently hiring a Hostess to join their hospitality team.
The ideal candidate will be a polished, confident, and customer-focused individual with a passion for guest service and presentation. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a warm and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly as they arrive at the venue.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues politely and effectively.
Support service staff in ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards in the reception and dining areas.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a hostess or front-of-house staff in a hotel, lounge, or club preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, elegant, and well-groomed appearance.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Friendly personality with a customer-first attitude.
Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
