GAJ Agency is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Officer to oversee the smooth operation and upkeep of key facility systems in a serene, high-end fine-dining restaurant located in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate must be technically sound, proactive, and committed to maintaining top operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems (ACs)
Ensure proper functioning and servicing of all electrical appliances
Manage and maintain power generators, including routine checks and fault resolution
Respond promptly to maintenance issues to minimize downtime
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment operates efficiently
Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements
Proven experience in facility maintenance or a similar role
Strong knowledge of AC systems, electrical appliances, and generators
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Good organizational and reporting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
SALARY: 150,000
