About the Role
GAJ Agency is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious fine-dining restaurant in Victoria Island, Lagos. We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate facility management, and ensure seamless service delivery across multiple departments.
This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both people and systems efficiently in a high-standard hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage the asset register, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to maintain top-tier hygiene standards
Oversee and manage drivers, ensuring efficiency and accountability
Manage all maintenance operations, including supervision of maintenance personnel and facility equipment
Coordinate and oversee parking operations, including third-party contractors handling customer vehicles
Ensure proper functioning of all administrative and facility processes
Enforce operational standards and compliance within the establishment
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or facility management role (hospitality experience is an added advantage)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage contractors and third-party service providers effectively
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Strong communication and reporting skills
