CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE/ MARKETING ASSISTANT (CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR)

Starting salary: ₦80,000 + Performance Bonus.

Location: Jabi, Abuja.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Hybrid( 3days onsite and rest days remote)

 

Duties Include:

• Responding to customer enquiries strictly via WhatsApp, email, and customer calls during working hours, using only the Company-issued phone and line. • Matching customers to appropriate products and following up on incomplete purchases.

• Managing basic CRM and customer retention lists with support from the marketing team.

• Following up with leads generated from campaigns, events, or social media. • Assisting in campaign coordination and execution as directed.

• Participating in and supporting any brand events, activations, or marketing launches as scheduled by the Company.

• Carrying out any other related duties within the scope of work, including those assigned verbally or in writing by the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications:

 

BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in a customer service, marketing, or related role.

Must be a Female.

Must live around Jabi, Kubwa, Jahi, Abuja Axis.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, or similar).

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus.

Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team.
