Job Summary:
A reputable school located in Ajah, Lagos, is urgently seeking qualified and passionate Male and Female Teachers to join their academic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring that students achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning.
Evaluate and monitor students’ progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school management.
Maintain accurate student records, lesson notes, and assessment reports.
Encourage creativity, discipline, and participation among students.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.
Enforce school rules and uphold the institution’s values and standards.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the school management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc, or equivalent qualification in Education or related field.
Teaching experience in a school setting is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Passionate about education and child development.
Must be punctual, disciplined, and able to resume immediately.
