Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Personal Assistant with a background in fashion design to provide professional and administrative support to the Creative Director. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and capable of handling both executive support and fashion-related tasks. This role requires someone with strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills who can work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the Creative Director.
Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
Assist in fashion-related tasks, including design coordination, project tracking, and client engagement.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations in clear and professional English.
Maintain records, organize files, and manage documentation efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as required.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Support in the use of fashion design software and digital tools for creative tasks.
Anticipate the needs of the Director and provide proactive solutions.
Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
HND/BSc in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fashion design-related role.
Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fashion design software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt easily.
Professional, presentable, and detail-oriented.
