Job Summary
We are urgently recruiting a Sales Representative to join a retail store in Ajah, Lagos. The ideal candidate will drive sales, attend to customers, and ensure excellent service delivery while maintaining smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and attend to customers professionally and courteously.
Assist customers in selecting products suited to their needs.
Promote and upsell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Process sales transactions accurately (cash and POS).
Maintain store cleanliness, stock arrangement, and display standards.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages promptly.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Minimum of SSCE/OND (higher qualifications are a plus).
✔ Prior sales or retail experience is an advantage.
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✔ Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Basic knowledge of cash handling & POS systems.
✔ Must reside within or around Ajah for easy commute.
✔ Must be ready to resume immediately.
