Overview:
A newly established Fine Dinning Restaurant located on Lagos Island is urgently seeking an experienced Waiter to join its professional service team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality environments, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver courteous, prompt, and professional table service to guests.
Maintain a polished appearance and uphold fine dining service standards at all times.
Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.
Prepare tables before and after each service, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Waiter in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
Strong knowledge of service etiquette, menu presentation, and wine pairing (an advantage).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional grooming and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Compensation & Work Conditions:
Salary: ₦120,000 per month
Work Schedule: One day off per week
