Overview:
A newly launched fine dine-in restaurant on Lagos Island is seeking experienced and professional Waitresses to join its service team. The ideal candidates must have a strong background in high-end restaurant service and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a refined dining environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide courteous and efficient table service to guests.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, grooming, and communication at all times.
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas before and after service.
Accurately take and deliver customer orders in a timely manner.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of service etiquette and table setting.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within a team.
Attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₦120,000 monthly
Work Schedule: One day off per week
Lay-over accommodation available while on duty
